Biman Bangladesh Airlines will resume its passenger flights on Dubai and Abu Dhabi from July 6 and 7 respectively.
However, flight operations on international routes from Bangladesh resumed on June 16 after over two months of suspension due to the Covid-19 pandemic.The national flag carrier is yet to announce the exact schedules of the flights and the aircraft type of the flights.
Sources said they would operate three to four flights every week.
On March 9, Biman Bangladesh Airlines suspended its 74 flights out of 142 on 10 routes out of 18 to some middle-eastern countries, India, Malaysia, and Singapore.
Later, Biman gradually cancelled all the international flights to curb the spread of the deadly virus.
