Citi Foundation contributed Taka 85 lakh to support Covid-19 related relief activities in Bangladesh.
The funding will be directed to SAJIDA Foundation, a leading non-government which specialises in healthcare and financial services in Bangladesh. The donation will support the distribution of food and hygiene packages to vulnerable households and boost remote healthcare services, said a press release.The project expects to reach out to over 7000 marginalized families whilst assisting behavior change at community level through a mass media awareness campaign targeting cross section of society.
