US asst secretary, USAID deputy administrator to visit Rohingya camps

The USA’s Acting Assistant Secretary for South and Central Asian Affairs Alice Wells and US Agency for International Development (USAID) Deputy Administrator Bonnie Glick will visit to Rohingya camps this week to observe the situation of forcibly displaced people from Myanmar.

Wells will visit here from November 5 to discuss bilateral, regional and global issues, including the Rohingya crisis, reports BSS.

In Dhaka, she will meet with senior Bangladesh government officials and civil society leaders, a release, issued by the USA Embassy said on Sunday.
