Two new buses launched at IU

KUSHTIA: The authorities of Islamic University (IU) have launched two buses on the campus in an effort to mitigate the transport crisis of the university.

IU Vice-Chancellor Professor M Harun-Ur-Rashid Askari inaugurated the buses in front of the administrative building on Saturday, said the IU Public Relations Office on Sunday.

IU Pro-VC Professor M Shahinoor Rahman, Treasurer Professor M Selim Toha, acting Registrar SM Abdul Latif and IU Teachers’ Association (IUTA) President Professor Kamal Uddin, among others, present on the occasion.
