The largest E-commerce festival in the country titled ‘Ten by Ten’ concluded on Sunday experiencing ‘massive response’ across the country.

The festival is organised for second time aiming to popularise online shopping towards digital economy.

Organisers claimed participants’ firms got ‘good response’ this year as first edition last year.

AjkerDeal Managing Director Fahim Mashroor said the festival aimed to promote local e-commerce sector and raising mass awareness on benefits of online shopping.

Fahim also urged the people to use Bangladeshi e-commerce services for achieving the goal of technology-driven society.

“We have received good number of orders from outside Dhaka which proves the growing markets of e-commerce in rural areas” Fahim added.

Customers got maximum 60 percent of discount on purchashing any products from the participants’ e-commerce site during the festival.

Besides, there was available maximum 15 percent instant cashback on payment through mobile financial service – bKash while MasterCard announced air tickets for lucky card holders during the programme.
