E-commerce logistic firm PaperFly has introduced special feature to enable merchants to know about consumer behavior.
Smart Check feature will enable merchants to learn about delivery products, customers’ attitude as well as tracking delivery process virtually, said a news release.Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Rahath Ahmed introduced the feature at a knowledge sharing meeting with media people in Dhaka recently.
Rahath Ahmed said the innovative features including Smart Check and Smart Returns will create new opportunities in e-commerce sector maintaining transparency. He also claimed the e-commerce in Bangladesh is less than 1 percent of total retail sector but within a decade it will grow up 15 to 20 percent.
In future it will help the merchandisers to evaluate the ratio of customer’s ordered product and delivery ratio, according to the official.
