Jatiya Party chairman GM Quader on Tuesday said a vacuum in the country’s political arena is prevailing in the current Awami League regime.

“Jatiya Party is a trusted place for mass people as a political vacuum is now prevailing in the country. It (JP) will fulfill the expectations of general people,” he said.

The JP chief came up with the statement at a joining function at the party’s Banani office in the capital.  At the function, around 100 BNP leaders and activists of the capital’s Gulshan and Banani areas joined Jatiya Party by presenting bouquet to the party chief.
