Unique Group Managing Director (MD) Mohd Noor Ali on Sunday sought three-month more time to the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) for facing interrogation over alleged irregularities in constructing a 30-storey building in Banani DNCC Market area after taking permission for a 14-storey one.

Noor Ali, also managing director of Borak Real Estate Ltd, was supposed to appear before the commission for facing interrogations over the irregularities, but he sought three months more time to collect necessary documents, ACC sources said.

Earlier, the ACC Deputy Director SM Akhtar Hamid Bhuiyan asked Noor Ali to appear before the commission head office on July 31 to face interrogation over the allegation.

But on July 31, the ACC allowed time petition to Noor Ali fixing fresh date on August 25 to appear before it.
