Education Minister Dr Dipu Moni on Monday said a systematic change is needed for the development of quality of education.
“We need systemic changes to improve our quality of education. We should introduce the system,” said the minister.She also urged officials to find out new system of how all the tasks of Directorate of Secondary and Higher Education (DSHE) can be easily delivered.
The minister came up with the remarks after inaugurating ‘Education Service Week-2019’ at the conference room of DSHE building in the capital.
“Usually, we think financial irregularities are only corruption, but it is also a kind of corruption if we do not work properly,” she said.
Deputy Education Minister Mohibul Hassan Chowdhury Nowfel was also present at the event. DSHE Director General Prof Syed Md Gulam Faruk presided over the programme while education ministry senior Secretary Md Sohorab Hossain and technical and madrasa division Secretary Munshi Shahabuddin Ahmed spoke, among others.
