Football camp for street children held

Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) in collaboration with Asian Football Confederation (AFC) organized a special football camp followed by a tournament for underprivileged children as part of their second stage of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) took place at Artificial Turf of BFF in the capital today.

A prize giving ceremony was held after the tournament. Coaches Across Continent (CAC) Chief Executive Strategist Brian Suskewicz and four coaches from English Football Association (The FA) namely Kevin Richard Coleman, Anwar Uddin, Taffazul Islam and Alena Charlene Moulton were part of the entire tournament and were present at the ceremony to encourage the children in Football.

At the prize giving ceremony, BFF President Kazi Salahuddin was present as the chief guest and Acting British High Commissioner to Bangladesh Kanbar Hossein-Bor was the special guest were present. FIFA and AFC council member Mahfuza Akhter Kiron  along with BFF General Secretary Md Abu Nayeem Shohag and JAAGO Foundation Executive Director Korvi Rakshand were also present.

Kazi Salahuddin praised all the talented children who played in the football tournament and expressed his pleasure with the growth of football in Bangladesh.
