Federation of Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FBCCI) will establish a university to train people, so that they can be skilled workforce to face the fourth industrial revolution, the trade body chief Sheikh Fazle Fahim said.
FBCCI President Sheikh Fazle Fahim also said FBCCI International University will focus on science, technology, engineering, mathematics and different creative subjects.The trade body leader came up with the remarks after placing a wreath at portrait of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman at Dhanmondi in the city on Friday. Newly elected directors of board and leaders of associations were also present on the occasion.
The trade body chief also expressed his commitment to work together for the development of trade and industry of the country.
FBCCI Senior Vice President Muntakim Ashraf and Vice Presidents Hasina Newaaz and Dilip Kumar Agarwala, Siddiqur Rahman, Mir Nizam Uddin Ahmed and Nizamuddin Rajesh were present on the occasion.
