A number of double-decker buses of BRTC with broken-down fans are plying in the capital inflicting pain and suffering on commuters amid the continuous sweltering heat wave.
The passengers upstairs have to suffer more than those riding downstairs.According to BRTC data, a total of 215 busses operate in the city on 22 routes.
