Fani forces U-16 series itinerary revision

Cyclone Fani has forced a change in the itinerary of the Under 16 cricket series between Bangladesh and Pakistan. The second three-day match was about to commence from May 5 according to the previous schedule. Considering the weather conditions, Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) decided to postpone the match by one day, the match will start from May 6.

The match will take place in Sheikh Abu Naser Stadium in Khulna. This stadium will also host all the three fifty-over encounters between these two sides.

First one day match will be on the May 11 while the second and third match will be held on May 13 and 15 respectively according to revised scheduled. Before this change first one day and second one day were about to take place on May 10 and 12 respectively.

In their first three-day match, Bangladesh U-16 National Cricket Team have beaten Pakistan by 5 wickets. In the match, Bangladesh young stars showed great performance with both bat and ball.
