32 artists from Bangladesh are participating in a prestigious international festival named ‘FabrianoInAcquarello’ that was inaugurated at Fabriano, Italy on April 25, 2019. Curated by Anna Massinissa, the festival is celebrating its journey of a decade. Artworks by the artists from 65 countries are on display at the fest.
Md Kauser Hossain, the country head of FabrianoInAcquarello of the Bangladesh community and artist Mintu Dey, community representative, have joined the festival from Bangladesh. Bangladeshi artworks are portraying natural beauty of Bangladesh and diversity of culture, space and races through the water-colour paintings.
It’s mentionable that this event is usually organized every year since their inception in 2010. The first edition was organized with Italian artists only but now it has grown exponentially and become international meeting point of water media painting on paper. It also involves an international artist community and is intended to be a place to meet artists, collectors, professionals, students and those interested in water media painting, without any difference.
The festival will close on April 30, 2019.
