Mushfiqur also sustained two more injuries during the recently concluded tour namely a side strain and a wrist injury, and it’s the latter that’s concerning the team management is unsure of where his recovery stands.

“He is totally ok,” Debashish Chowdhury told daily sun.

“From the report that we have gathered there is concern over his fitness,” he added.

Mushfiqur gave a hint of returning back on Wednesday when he batted for hours in the indoor to prepare him for the Ireland series and ICC World Cup.

Mushfiqur made him unavailable for DPL as he wanted to take preparation for World Cup.
