A vested quarter is trying to ‘misdirect the normal death’ of Dr Rajan Karmakar that is shocking his family members, particularly his wife Dr Krishna Majumder, assistant professor of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Medical University (BSMMU).

Rajan was the son-in-law of Food Minister Sadhan Chandra Majumder and associate professor of BSMMU.

Early on March 17, the doctor suffered complexities in his heart and was rushed to Square Hospital where doctors pronounced him dead.

The Square Hospital found no injury marks in his body. Later, doctors at Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College and Hospital’s Forensic Medicine Department conducted an autopsy on him, but found no injury marks.
