A three-day long country’s largest international tourism fair titled ‘9th Bangladesh Travel and Tourism Fair (BTTF) 2019’ will kick off at Bangabandhu International Conference Center (BICC) on April 18.
The fair is organised by Tour Operators Association of Bangladesh (TOAB), the apex body of tourism in Bangladesh.Organizers disclosed the details of the fair at a get-together with media on Monday night at Gulshan Club.
Bangladesh Tourism Board CEO Bhubon Chandra Biswas, and TOAB President Taufiq Uddin Ahmed were present at the programme.
The main objective of BTTF is to expedite, promote and develop tourism sector in Bangladesh.
Bangladesh Travel and Tourism Fair (BTTF) 2019 is supported by Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism, Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation, Bangladesh Tourism Board, FBCCI and Tourist Police, said organisers.
National and International Tourism Organization, tour operators, travel agents, tourism authority, local and international airlines, local and international hotels and resorts will participate in the fair.
Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation, Bangladesh Tourism Board, Nepal Tourism Board, Sri Lankan Tourism Promotion Bureau, Bhutan Tourism Council and Ministry of Tourism, Govt of India have given their consent to take part in BTTF 2019.
