Foreign training for all lower court judges on card

Present government as part of its goal to establish a modern and strong judiciary, is arranging foreign training for all the lower court judges in phases.

“We have arranged training in phases for all the lower court judges at National Judicial Academy in Bhopal, India, and already 315 judges have completed their training from there,” Law Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Minister Anisul Huq told, reports BSS.

The minister said the matter of increasing the efficiency of the lower court judges is very much connected with lessening the delay in case disposal and trial process.
