People asked to be out of range during combined military exercise

People are advised not to make movement within the range of combined military exercise beginning in the area adjacent to Kutubdia under Chattogram on February 22.

Bangladesh army, air force and navy will take part in the exercise which will end on February 27. Chiefs of three services, Principal Staff Officer of Armed Forces Division and other defense high-ups will be present on the occasion.

The exercise aims to boost warfare ability, military communications and tactics.

ISPR has issued a cautionary notice asking all civilians and fishermen of Fateh Para, Kalam Para, Bangakata, Akbor Ali Para, Chander Para and Char Dhurong to refrain from making movement within the critical zone.

The danger area encapsulates 21° 56.8 north, 091°46.00 east, 21°51.3 north, 091°46.00 east, 21°51.3 north, 091°52.60 east, 21°56.8 north and 091°52.60 east.
