Jatiya Oikya Front has taken decision to hold its ‘public hearing’ programme over alleged irregularities in 11th parliament election, on February 22 instead of February 24.

The decision came from a meeting of the steering committee of the opposition coalition held at its convener Dr Kamal Hossain’s Motijheel chamber in the capital on Tuesday.

After the meeting, Dr Kamal Hossain said “Our public hearing programme was scheduled to be held on February 24. But now it will be held on February 22 at Supreme Court Ainjibi Samity auditorium that will start at 10am and continue till around 5pm.”

Replying to a question, he said they have changed the date of their scheduled programme due to availability of the venue. “People will know what was happened in the 11th parliament election. The candidates will present real picture of the day in the public hearing,” Kamal Hossain added.

Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JSD) president ASM Abdur Rob said they will invite all leftist and democratic political parties who participated in the December 30 general election.
