Practice-dialogue workshop concludes today

A two-day workshop on ‘Practice-dialogue in Bangladesh’ under the project of ENHANCE (Enabling Humanitarian Attributes for Nurturing Community-based Engineering) for higher education on ‘Curriculum Development 2017’ ended today at Dhaka University. 

Pro-Vice Chancellor (Administration) of DU Prof Dr Muhammad Samad inaugurated the workshop as the chief guest on Sunday.

A total of 75 participants including 12 foreign delegates from Greece, Indonesia, UK and Vietnam attended the workshop.

The University of Warwick is the coordinator of the project and Prof Dr Mohammed Abdul Aziz, Prof Dr Mohammad Shoeb, Prof Dr Aftab Ali Shaikh and Prof Dr Tapas Debnath are members from DU.

Objectives of ENHANCE are to improve the quality of higher education and enhance its relevance for the labor market, society as well as to improve the level of competences and skills by developing new and innovative education programmes, says a press release.
