Techtextil, Texprocess fairs begin in Germany

A four-day long Techtextil and Texprocess fairs are going to kick off at Frankfurt in the Germany on Thursday  aimed to cover all aspects of technical textiles, non-wovens and functional apparel textiles as well as their manufacture and processing.

Messe Frankfurt organised the Techtextil and Texprocess fairs while VDMA (a Textile Machinery Association) has assisted Messe Frankfurt in the organisation of Texprocess fair.

Messe Frankfurt Bangladesh CEO Omer Salahuddin, VDMA (a Textile Machinery Association)  Textile Care, Fabric and Leather Technologies Chairman Gunter Veit spoke at a press conference at Pacific Sonargaon Dhaka on Sunday.

VDMA, (a Textile Machinery Association) represents more than 3,200-member companies in the mechanical engineering industry in Germany and Europe. Techtextil covers “technical textile” and their applications such as geotextiles, medicial textile, safety and security wear, protective garments and sports clothes, according to organisers.
