First ever international conference on technology held at Dhaka Residential Model College or DRMC in the capital.
Students from 50 educational institutes participated in the two-day long carnival featured with 31 segments.DRMC-IT Club organised the mega event styled ‘DRMC-ENA International Tech Carnival’ to project innovations of students and to share knowledge.
ICT State Minister Zunaid Ahmed Palak was the chief guest on the opening of the event while Parliament Member Enamul Haque and RSRM Group Executive Director Shafiqul Haque were special guests on the occasion.
DRMC Principle Brigadier General Ashfaq Iqbal presided over the session.
Alongside of the contests, there were held tech-focused seminars where young and prominent innovators participated. Northern University Prof Abul Al Arabi took the session on future of robotics in Bangladesh.
Exclusive panel discussions brought young entrepreneurs on stage. NextCorp Chief Executive Shafin Rahman Shimanta, Exploit Tech Lead Faizur Rahman, ConnecTeen Founder Labib Muhannad, Help The Future President Saifullah Khaled, Black Shoot Chief Executive Shahariar Hridoy and Intvill Limited Founder Nazmus Saqib were in the panel.
Bangladesh Innovation Forum Founder Ariful Hasan Apu discussed about possibilities for students in NASA.Youth Opportunities Founder Osama Bin Noor, CDP Founder Muhammad Ferdous addressed the teens about different national and international opportunities.
