SU holds ‘Career Talk’

‘Career Talk,’ a motivational programme for students regarding their preparation for jobs, was held at private Southern University (SU) in the port city recently.

The university ‘Career Club’ organised the discussion at Hall Room of the university.

The university Career Development Centre Deputy Director Rizwan Rajon presided over the discussion while the university Electric and Electronic Engineering department former student and Bangladesh Civil Service official Prokash Debnath was the key discussant.

Prokash in his speech put up different aspects and techniques for taking proper preparation for different competitive examinations including BCS.

Highlighting importance of government jobs, he also emphasised on giving additional attentions to some subjects to prove competence in the examinations.

Career Consultant and Special discussant Omar Faruk also highlighted different issues for preparation attaching importance to banking sector.

The speakers suggested the students to take decision now and to be prepared for facing the challenges in the days to come.

The club members Arafatul Islam and Mohammad Faisal also addressed the programme among others.
