The US Ambassador in Dhaka Marcia Stephens Bloom Bernicat visited Denim Expert factory at Karnaphuli EPZ in Chittagong on Thursday.

The factory visit was as a part of her week-long trip in Chittagong Hill Track, said a press release.

USAID Bangladesh Mission Director Janina Jaruzelski and other official from the US Embassy Dhaka and USAID accompanied ambassador Barnicat.

Managing Director of Denim Expert Limited Mostafiz Uddin was present during the US Ambassador visit.

The US Embassy delegation observed floors, design and development studio, washing and automatic laser printing room, ETP of the factory.

Bernicat and the USAID representatives also talked with workers welfare association representatives and general workers of Denim Expert.
