Multiple varieties of tasteful foods are ready to take the center of ‘The Eatery’ restaurant at the ‘Indian Food Festival’ scheduled to be held from September 21-30. JW Marriott Kolkata chef Gopal Krishna will partner with Four Points by Sheraton Dhaka’s head chef Stefan Babits to take guests on a culinary journey.
The guests will lavishly enjoy the items from Kashmir to Kolkata. Guest chef Gopal will put Indian munchies like “Paw Bhaji”, Pani puri, Papri Chaat, Panner Masala as your appetizer. In the hot appetizer station you will find DOSA and verity of Kebab like Beef Mashoori Kebab, Mutton Shami Kebab, Adraki Tikka and more. As main items you will find Hadrabadi Mutton Biryani, Almonds Saffron Pulao, Lobster Masala, Goan Fish Curry, Pomefret Masala, Karai Paneer, Kashmiri Dum Aloo, Mutton Achari etc. Without the traditional sweet delicacies the food fest will be incomplete. So, the dessert section will be enriched by Golam Jamoon, Rasmalai, Gajor Ka Halwa and Resmi Jelabi.
