Another victim of the Uttara jet crash died early Wednesday at the National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery.

The deceased, identified as Nafis, 9, had been receiving treatment in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), according to hospital sources.

His death brings the total number of fatalities from Monday’s tragic incident to 32.

The crash occurred on Monday noon when a Bangladesh Air Force training jet plummeted into the Milestone School and College campus in Diabari, Uttara, causing widespread devastation.
