The Bangladesh Under-18 women’s hockey team secured a bronze medal in the U-18 Women’s Asia Cup 2025 on Sunday, held in Dazhou, China.

Bangladesh delivered a commanding performance in the third-place match, defeating Kazakhstan by 6-2. Irine Akter Riya was named the Player of the Match.

Meanwhile, the Bangladesh U-18 men's team fell short in their third-place match against Malaysia and concluded the tournament in fourth position.
