Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden has reopened "Spice and Rice," its signature Pan-Asian restaurant, after five years with a new menu and revamped dining experience, it said in a press release.
“Spice and Rice invites culinary enthusiasts to a vibrant journey across Asia—featuring bold flavours, premium ingredients, and timeless classics,” the press release read.
To celebrate this comeback, exciting promotions await guests, including “irresistible discounts and an opulent menu designed to tantalize every palate,” it added.
“From refreshing appetizers to hearty curries, the revamped menu at Spice and Rice is a symphony of taste, texture, and tradition.”
The revamped menu includes the light yet flavorful Vietnamese Rice Paper Rolls—delicately wrapped with shrimp, avocado, and glass noodles, served with a rich peanut hoisin dip. Then there is the comforting warmth of the Beef Udon Soup—featuring tender boneless short ribs, enoki mushrooms, and silky udon noodles in a deeply aromatic soy-based broth. For spice lovers, the Dragon Fried Prawns offer a crispy, golden bite paired with creamy remoulade, while the Stuffed Pomfret, infused with fresh coconut chutney and traditional masalas, evokes the soul of coastal cuisine. Enthusiasts have also been invited to try the Beef Rendang, a slow-cooked Malaysian masterpiece of boneless beef in a coconut-spiced gravy that melts in the mouth, as well as the Saffron Shemai Barfi—a dessert served with creamy rabri for a sweet ending.
