Nation to observe one-minute 'blackout' on 25 March
Establishments of emergency services and KPI will remain out of the purview of the blackout programme

A one-minute symbolic “blackout” will be observed on 25 March throughout the country marking Genocide Day.
The programme will be observed from 10:30pm to 10:31pm to pay homage to the people who were killed in “Operation Searchlight” of Pakistani occupation forces on the dreadful night of 25 March 1971.
However, establishments of emergency services and KPI will remain out of the purview of the blackout programme, read an official release.
