Journo Zahirul’s first novel coming to book fair

Adhora Shwapno, the first novel by young writer and journalist Zahirul Islam, will hit stands in the first week of Amar Ekushey Book Fair under the banner of Tangon Prokashon.

The book will also be available at Tangon's stalls at book fairs in Rangpur, Khulna, and Manikganj in parallel, read a press release on Monday.

The story focuses on the struggles of a protagonist named Nizam Uddin who tried to support family members over the years and once went abroad to overcome financial hardship.

Regarding the book, Zahirul said the story portrays the regular struggle of middle-class families who try to adapt to a series of challenges within the spans of life.

The book of Zahirul, a journalist of the Kaler Kantho, will be available at stalls of Jagannath University and Dhaka Reporters Unity (DRU).
