Six kabaddi players from Bangladesh will feature for four franchises in the upcoming franchise kabaddi tournament of Nepal named Nepal Kabaddi League (NKL). 

All-rounder Monirul Chowdhury and defender Sabuj Mia will feature for Pokhara Lakers, raider Shah Mohammad Shahan and defender Roman Hossain will play for Himalayan Raiders, all-rounder Yeasin Arafat for Dhangadhi Wildcats and raider Mizanur Rahman Kathmandu Mavericks.

“We’ve sent the names of our six players and all of them got franchises in the upcoming Nepal Kabaddi League. Hopefully, they will return with some good experiences,” said SM Newaz Sohag, the general secretary of the Bangladesh Kabaddi Federation (BKF) ad hoc committee.

The NKL will be held from 17 January to 1 February. A total of six franchises will take part in this edition of the event.
