Detectives arrested Kamal Abdul Naser Chowdhury, the former principal secretary and adviser to former prime minister Sheikh Hasina, early Wednesday.

Naser Chowdhury was arrested from the capital by the Dhaka Metropolitan Detective Police (DB).

Deputy Commissioner of the Media and Public Relations Department of DMP Talebur Rahman confirmed the matter.
