As many as 634 police stations, out of 639, across the country have resumed their operations.
In the metropolitan areas, policing resumed at all 110 stations, the police headquarters said on Tuesday.
In districts, 524 police stations, among 529, have so far started their operations, it said.
As five stations among eleven were damaged completely during the recent violence amid student-led demonstrations, operations could not be resumed there, the headquarters said, adding that it would take two to three days more to start activities in those stations.
