Students of different educational institutions have now taken positions on Dhaka roads to control traffic movement.

On Wednesday, for the second day, they were seen working to ensure smooth traffic movement on busy thoroughfares like Bijoy Sarani, Mirpur-10, Karwan Bazar, Panthapath, Notun Bazar, Rampura, and Uttara.

Although the presence of vehicles, including public transport, was thin on Tuesday, the number increased gradually with the passage of time on Wednesday.

At places, Ansar members and activists of the Islami Andolan Bangladesh were also seen controlling the movement of vehicles.

However, students of different schools, colleges and universities were seen cleaning up different streets in the capital.
