Eight cricketers joined the Bangladesh Tigers camp on Thursday ahead of the upcoming two-match Test series against Pakistan, beginning on 21 August.

Mosaddek Hossain, Liton Kumar Das, Soumya Sarkar, Jaker Ali, Rishad Hossain, Tanzim Hasan, Tanvir Islam and Hasan Mahmud arrived in Chattogram this morning and also had a practice session under the guidance of David Hemp.

Bangladesh skipper Najmul Hossain Shanto went to Thailand for a throat check-up.

Meanwhile, Nayeem Hasan picked four wickets while Khaled Ahmed grabbed three as BCB Red were bowled out for 131 runs in 45.2 overs, courtesy of Mushfiqur Rahim’s 50.

In reply, BCB Green made 146-4 in 38 overs with Mominul Haque remaining unbeaten on 47.
