Dhaka University (DU) will celebrate its 104th founding anniversary with the theme “Higher Education for Skill Development of the Young Generation” today.

The university authorities have chalked out various programmes to celebrate the day in a befitting manner.

DU Vice-Chancellor (VC) Prof Dr ASM Maksud Kamal will inaugurate the day’s programme as the chief guest at Payra Chattar in front of TSC at 10am.

Teachers, students, officers, and staff from all halls and hostels of the university will gather at Memory Eternal at 9:30am. They will bring out a colourful procession led by VC Maksud Kamal from there, and it will end at Payra Chattar.
