Dhaka Union of Journalists (DUJ) today protested the derogatory remarks of Laila Kaniz Lucky, wife of former member of National Revenue Board (NRB) Motiur Rahman, about journalists.  
 
In a statement, DUJ President Sohel Haider Chowdhury and General Secretary Akhter Hossain demanded an unconditional apology from Laila Kaniz Lucky for making such intentional comments on journalists.
 
It is mentionable, that Laila Kanik while coming from an event at Raipura, Narshingdi said, “I came here through managing journalists and everything will be stopped”.
