Beef Kebab
Ingredients:
► 1 kg ground beef
► 2 large onions, finely chopped
► 2 tbsp ginger paste
► 2 tbsp garlic paste
► 1 tbsp cumin powder
► 1 tbsp coriander powder
► 1 tsp red chili powder
► 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
► 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
► 2-3 green chilies, chopped
► Salt to taste
► Vegetable oil for grilling
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, onions, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, fresh coriander leaves, green chilies, and salt.
2. Form the mixture into small kebabs.
3. Heat oil on a grill or frying pan.
4. Grill the kebabs until fully cooked, turning occasionally.
5. Serve hot with naan or paratha, and a side of chutney or salad.
Mutton Korma
Ingredients:
► 1 kg mutton, cut into pieces
► 2 large onions, finely sliced
► 1 cup yogurt
► 2 tbsp ginger paste
► 2 tbsp garlic paste
► 1 tbsp cumin powder
► 1 tbsp coriander powder
► 1 tsp turmeric powder
► 1 tsp garam masala powder
► 1 cup ghee or oil
► Salt to taste
► Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat ghee or oil in a large pot and add the sliced onions. Fry until golden brown.
2. Add ginger and garlic paste, and sauté for a few minutes.
3. Add the mutton pieces and cook on high heat until the meat changes colour.
4. Add cumin, coriander, turmeric, and garam masala powder. Mix well.
5. Add yogurt and cook on medium heat until the oil separates from the masala.
6. Cover and cook on low heat until the mutton is tender, stirring occasionally.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
