Popular actor Tanjin Tisha -starrer web film “Poison” premiered at the Star Cineplex in the capital’s Bashundhara City recently.

Deepto TV MD Kazi Zahedul Hasan, officials of Deepto TV, cast and crew of the film were present on the occasion.  

The story of the “Poison” revolves around a film actress named Rupa Mirza. After winning the National Film Award she throws a party. Different incidents happen in the party and the story unfolds with Rupa’s past.

About the web series, Tanjin Tisha said, “I have presented the life story of a heroine in the film. Before playing this character, I also lived the life of a heroine. Since I’m not a film actress, I had to study to lot portray Rupa Mirza in the project. I hope the audience will not be disappointed by my work.”

Hurayra Tanvir has also played an important role in the Sanjay Samaddar-directed thriller.

“Anything more than necessary can become poison! But such is the irony of life that we often cannot determine the limits of necessity. From there, various survival equations are created. But the story of life is actually written by someone else”, said director Sanjay Samaddar.
