The match between England and Scotland at the Kensington Oval, Bridgetown, Barbados, is turning out to be a rain-affected affair.
After rain delayed start of play, it has now come again after Scotland cricket team captain Richie Berrington won the toss and opted to bat against England in the Group B encounter.
Before the rain, Scotland posted 51 runs on the board without losing any wicket in 6.2 overs.
The Jos Buttler-led side is in good form after defeating Pakistan in a T20I series just ahead of the competition.
This match holds a lot of significance in a group that comprises Oman, Namibia and Australia.
