SUST:  Three new assistant provosts have been appointed for Shah Paran Hall of Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST).

An office order signed by the Acting Registrar of SUST Fazlur Rahman confirmed this information on Tuesday afternoon.

According to the order, the newly appointed teachers are Dr S M Nizam Uddin, assistant professor of the Chemistry Department; Shehan Tauseef, lecturer of the Geography and Environment Department; and Md Salman Syed Sunny, a lecturer from the same department.

The office order says that they will continue to hold the duties of assistant provost until they are reassigned. They will be entitled to allowances and other benefits as per the rules while performing their duties.
