Exhibition of 32 artists’ works at Galleri Kaya

An exclusive group art exhibition by 32 modern and contemporary artists is underway at Galleri Kaya in the capital’s Uttara area.
Artist Ranjit Das inaugurated the show on the gallery premises on Friday.
Exhibition of 32 artists’ works at Galleri KayaOrganised by Galleri Kaya, the exhibition, titled “Small Format”, is showcasing a selected total of 142 artworks completed in diverse media including – wood engraving, pen, lithograph, woodcut, mojotint, linocut, serigraph, relief process, coffee, watercolor, charcoal, pastel, ink, etching, aquatint, intaglio, acrylic and mixed media on canvas and paper.
The featured artists at the exhibit are KG Subramanyan, Murtaja Baseer, Sanat Kar, Hashem Khan, Rafiqun Nabi, Hamiduzzaman Khan, Abdus Shakoor Shah, Chandra Shekhar Dey, Sadhan Chakraborty, Aditya Basak, Ratan Mojumder, Jamal Ahmed, Kazi Rakib, Manoj Dutta, Ranjit Das, Ahmed Shamsuddoha, Masuda Kazi, Ajit Seal, Sheikh Afzal Hossain, Shishir Bhattacharjee ,Chandra Bhattacharjee,Goutam Chakraborty, Atin Basak, Swarup Basak, Anisuzzaman, Nagarbasi Barman, Jayanta Naskar, Kamaluddin, Kamruzzaman Sagar, Shohag Parvez, Shahanoor Mamun and Ritusree Das.
The “Small Format” exhibition is a result of more than 10 years project. The show will remain open at the Galleri Kaya daily from 11:00am to 8:00pm till 5 April. ADN Group has sponsored the exhibition.
