Russian President Vladimir Putin sent the congratulatory telegram to President Mohammed Shahabuddin and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina on the occasion of Independence Day.

In separate telegram messages, Putin said, “Esteemed Mister President and Esteemed Madame Prime Minister, Please accept my heartfelt congratulations on the occasion of the national holiday of your country - the Independence Day.
