Bangladesh exported goods valued at $5.18 billion in February, witnessing a 12.04% increase compared to the same month in 2023, as per the latest data from the Export Promotion Bureau (EPB).
The earnings, however, fell short of the export target for the last month by 0.98%.
In January, the country earned $5.72 billion, marking an 11.5% year-on-year growth.
According to EPB data, the overall exports in the July-February period of FY2023-24 stood at $38.45 billion, 3.71% higher compared to the same period of the previous fiscal year.
