National Security Intelligence (NSI) has arrested three frauds accused of using electronic devices in the recruitment test of ticket collectors at Bangladesh Railway.

In coordination with Bangladesh Railway and police, the NSI Dhaka wing conducted the drive upon intel information at Shamsul Hoque Khan School & College in Demra of the capital on Saturday.

The arrestees are – Md Shahjada, Md Rubel and Md Shihab. All of them in primary interrogation confessed illegal contract worth Tk 1.6 million for the examination.

The fraud ring members shared the solved answer sheets with the candidates using Bluetooth headphones and SIM card-enabled electronic devices.

The members of law enforcement agencies also recovered a tiny magnetic hearing device from inside the ears of Shihab.
