The 12th edition of ABG Bashundhara Bangladesh Championship League (BCL) 2023-24, the country’s second tier professional football competition, will begin Sunday. 

Fakirerpool Young Men's Club will take on BFF Elite Football Academy in the opening match at the Bir Shrestha Shaheed Sepoy Mostafa Kamal Stadium in Kamalapur at 3:15 pm (BST). 

This year, a total of 8 teams are taking part in BCL. The rest of the six teams are – Dhaka Wanderers Club, Farashganj Sporting Club, NoFeL SC, PWD SC, Uttara Football Club and Wari Club Dhaka.
