A month-long residential football training camp for the U-15 boys began at the Tangail Stadium on Monday.

Tangail District Sports Association organised the camp under the annual sports program of the Directorate of Sports, Ministry of Youth and Sports.

A total of 35 out of 254 young footballers were primarily selected for the month-long residential camp through a trial on the first day.

After the month-long training, four talented footballers out of 35 will get a chance to take part in Dhaka Divisional trials for the upcoming Development Cup Football Tournament.

Tangail Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Md Oliujjaman inaugurated the camp on this day.
