The health authorities recorded 13 more deaths from dengue and 2,799 related cases from across the country during the last 24 hours till Tuesday morning.

Of the fresh casualties, seven patients died in the capital Dhaka while the rest six outside it, Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) said in a hand out this evening.

With the 13 fatalities, this year’s total deaths toll caused by the dengue reached 1030 as of Tuesday.
