Marking the Durga Puja, some 174 tons of Hilsa fishes were exported to India from Bangladesh in the last three days.

This year, a total of 3,950 tons of Hilsa will be exported to India. There is instruction of export the whole amount of Hilsa by October 30.    

Meanwhile, the export activity will remain closed for two days due to holidays of Holy Eid-e-Milad un-Nabi on September 28 and weekly holiday (Friday) on September 29.
